Our Key Pillars

Grass To Gold focuses on three key drivers of community development in order to drive long term and sustainable impact.
Education is at the cornerstone of the development of any community, building capacity in students that in turn improves quality of life for themselves and those around them. Following on from improved Education it is critical for community development that citizens have the opportunity to translate their learned skills into Employment, to become self sufficient and able to contribute to the continued improvement of their networks. Additionally, Grass to Gold works with highly skilled athletes to develop their talent and enable them to reach their potential.
